Flats fishing rewards time. With each day, angler and guide get more in sync. As that rhythm builds, you read situations better and make more of each opportunity.
Some anglers come to Belize with one fish in mind, chasing a permit, completing a Grand Slam, or reaching a personal goal they've been working toward.
Others want to explore more of the fishery and see how much of the Big Four they can put in play.
Multiple days give us the flexibility to work with the conditions, cover different water, and shape each day around what you want from the trip.
Fishing doesn't have to take over your whole vacation, either. We can build a few days on the water into a longer Belize stay, or work them around time on the mainland and the cayes.
Flats fishing has a learning curve.
Every angler fishes a little differently. The more time we spend together, the better we understand your experience, your casting, what you’re comfortable with, and how you like to fish. That helps us choose the right water, set up shots that suit you, and communicate clearly when it matters.
At the same time, you’re getting more comfortable on the bow and more familiar with the pace of flats fishing. You start to know where to look, what the guide is seeing, how a fish might move, and what’s expected when an opportunity starts to develop.
That familiarity makes a difference. There’s less explaining, decisions come quicker, and both angler and guide know what the other needs when a fish appears.
By the second or third day, there’s a rhythm between angler and guide that simply takes time on the water to build.

Can't recommend highly enough. Will was very generous with his time, worked hard to put me onto fish, and obviously has a deep understanding of these fish and fishery.
Not fishing every day? We can help you split your stay between the mainland and the cayes — pairing a Fish-In / Fish-Out charter with your non-fishing days — or arrange other activities for companions while you're out.
Tell us how long you're in Belize and what matters most to you — one species or the whole range — and we'll help you think through where to stay and how to structure the trip.
